Apply for KDSF early-intervention and education programmes
KDSF’s published route from forms and medical information to assessment and parent interview.

What this resource offers
KDSF sets out an enrolment route for its centres: submit admission and medical forms, a birth certificate and an OKU card if available, then await an assessment appointment. Parents of children eligible for admission are interviewed afterwards. Send materials to the relevant centre and ask which programme and location is suitable. Confirm current places, fees, assessment timing and any extra reports before submitting sensitive documents.
