What this resource offers

AICS is DSWD’s crisis-response social-welfare service for a person or family who needs temporary support. The published page includes medical, burial, transportation, education, food and other financial assistance categories. It is not a permanent Down syndrome allowance, so ask the local DSWD or social-welfare office whether your situation meets its current assessment and document requirements.
