What this resource offers

RA 11650 is the primary official reference for inclusion in Philippine early and basic education. It explains that ILRCs can support child find, educational assessment, IEP work, referrals and support for families and teachers. Start by using it to frame questions to a local school or Schools Division rather than assuming every service is already available locally.

Helpful questions for your next conversation

  • Which ILRC or SPED Centre serves our municipality, and what can it provide now?
  • How will we participate in identification, assessment, placement and IEP meetings?
